Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. Each request remains pending until Kristin's Evergreen Clean reviews availability, service details, and arrival window.
Customers should request schedule changes or cancellations as soon as possible by phone or email. Final production cancellation terms should be approved by the business owner before launch.
